The following refund policy applies, for the business to business service that is provided.
1. Registered Office

2.Terms for each service
2.1 Google Premium
Unless agreed otherwise the marketing will start within 48 hours of purchase and run for exactly 30 days, the customer will always be contacted upon the end of the first month via telephone in order to discuss progressing into the second month.
2.2 Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
2.2.1 You are entitled to cancel your agreement within 48 hours of purchase by emailing email@example.com and sending a letter via recorded delivery to the address mentioned in section 1.
2.2.2 The client understands that search engines are independent companies who select and rank sites using their own criteria and therefore to obtain a high ranking the client must follow The Search Marketing Shop’s recommendations for optimising their website for search engine listing. If the client fails to follow The Search Marketing Shops recommendations then the results achieved by The Search Marketing Shop will be considerably less than would be achieved otherwise. Failure to comply with The Search Marketing Shops recommendations will result in any written guarantees being null and void.
2.2.3 The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this agreement shall not effect or impair the validity of any other provision. No waiver of any rights The Search Marketing Shop has under this agreement shall be deemed from any failure by The Search Marketing Shop Ltd to enforce any part of this agreement.
2.3 Adwords Management
2.3.1 This agreement lasts for 6 months and will roll over for a further 6 months unless the client cancels with The Search Marketing Shop by giving one months notice in writing at the end of the initial 6 month period.
2.3.2 All work carried out by The Search Marketing Shop in your Google Adwords account will remain the intellectual property of The Search Marketing Shop throughout the lifetime of the contract and will remain the intellectual property of The Search Marketing Shop following termination of the contract.
2.3.3 Client agrees that with respect to clause 2.3.2 all intellectual property owned by The Search Marketing Shop will be removed following termination of the contract and your Adwords account will revert back to the original layout prior to The Search Marketing Shop carrying out any work.
2.3.4 Client agrees that failure to comply with clause 2.3.3 will result in payments to The Search Marketing Shop for every month that intellectual property of The Search Marketing Shop remains live within the Google Adwords account owned by Client. Payments to The Search Marketing Shop will be at the monthly invoice amount accepted by Client during the lifetime of the contract.
2.4 Refund Policy
Full Refunds are provided to anybody who for any reason does not receive the service that they paid for, this being listed on the payment page for the service they have bought. All refund requests will be subject to the invoice and details provided by the platform that the business chose to advertise on. If it is clear that the terms of service have not been met a full refund will be issued to the card that the service was paid for on as soon as possible. Refund requests should be sent via recorded delivery to the address mentioned in section 1.
The prices payable for the Services are as set out in our website unless otherwise stated.

5. Complaints and Disputes
5.1. In the unlikely event that you have cause for complaint please contact Customer Services as soon as possible. You will receive an acknowledgement within two (2) to five (5) working days and we will try to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
5.2.The parties agree to use all reasonable efforts to negotiate a settlement of any complaint or dispute between them:
(i) by using our complaint handling procedure or if this is unsuccessful;
(ii) by one party giving notice to the other requesting that the dispute be referred to mediation.
Any amendment to each confirmed order must be in writing agreed between the parties.
